It’s ok to not be ok. It’s not ok to stay that way.

“God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.” — Psalm 46:1

God tells us in his word that he is our Helper—he is the only one who can truly help us in our greatest need. And we were not created to walk through our times of need by ourselves. We need each other.

At Christ Church, we are all about making disciples. We believe discipleship is not simply filling our heads with more facts. It’s not just being connected to a congregation. And it’s not making sure we change our behaviors so we act more like we’re supposed to. Discipleship is about real, lasting transformation that results in increased obedience for the glory to God, and we believe this is best accomplished in the context of small groups.

We all need help. If you currently find yourself in a time of need, we hope these resources will be an encouragement to you as you lean into your Helper to find healing, restoration, and hope. We also encourage you to walk through each of these “discipleship pathways” with your small group or with someone who can hold you accountable to what God is calling you to in your area of need.

“Your testimonies are my delight; they are my counselors.” — Psalm 119:24
